Sex and Long-Distance Relationships

Hi.

So, without going into to much detail that would out me and my SO... I'm a gay man in a long distance relationship with a fellow in the military. It's basically the best thing that's ever happened to me, and we're planning on getting married soon. Not soon enough. But soon.

Problem: I have a persistent addiction to porn and masturbation. I'd like to get this taken care of and in my past before I get married. However...

I think it further complicates matters that my sex life right now is porn and masturbation. I mean, that's what it is, sending dirty photos back and forth, erotic letters and emails, sex over skype and the phone. That is how we have sex; it's the only way we can have sex for (again, without giving details about his deployment) a long time.

I've been wanting to participate in NoFap for quite some time, because I have other PMO addiction issues unrelated to my current sex life. Every time I try to join the community, participate, or just quit on my own, I wind up having genuinely good, fulfilling sex with my boyfriend...and then tripping out worrying that I've cheated or relapsed, which inevitably leads to a real and serious relapse.

Basically what I'm looking for is...advice? Permission? Help? How can I kick the addiction while still having a sex life and a strong romantic relationship with a man on the other side of the planet?

Breaking up is not an option and neither is cheating on him. I love this man, and he is the reason why I'm getting my shit together in the first place.
