Generally, it's the same as having problems with PMO. We're using women as objects, whether you do it alone looking at the screen or with a real life person. Effects are the same and treatment is the same: abstinence.

I feel like every time I'm alone, have too much free time my brain goes after that excitement right away. I will do anything for that rush! I'm str8 and I used to meet with men, of course that was an escalation from porn. Now I'm over 30 days of NoFap, but having sex every day with my wife, that's the only reason I'm making it, and still I want that rush!
Yep, alone time, availability, possitibility ... when a few things come together it can still get dangerous. As you rightly say @Qzmp1 ... for that rush. It is a rush. And it is the craving. Craving that rush. Repeating the experience. A lot of times I tried to fight. But fighting for me doesn't work. It is rather a matter of making peace with that bodily sensation craving the rush, going with it rather than against. Learn to feel it and accept it, not wanting it to go away but let it stay and observe. All sensations come and go, no one ever lasts. It is a constant movement. Like waves. Learn to surf on those waves, even enjoy surfing on those wave, enjoy to stay on that board and not fall off it. Surf ON the wave knowing it'll pass. Having said that have you ever checked out possible reasons why you're after that rush? Craving for validation, approval, attention? Not feeling comfortable feeling "neutral", "bored"?
