    I wanted to write this for a long time now, so here i am finally typing my keyboard , hoping this would help , YOU , my fellow friends and humans , men and women.

    Cutting the chase , long story short, ill share my thoughts as and when they pop up..

    ~~ Thrice or four times a week or sometimes even more i would go to bath room and spend loads of time every morning fapping. i was ( i guess i still am ) socially anxious and shy, so i hated going out side and talking to ppl.. i was like leave me alone, dont bother me ! and fap to hard core shit.. this escalated to transwoman on girl and some brutal hardcore GB stuff and then to hitting and humiliation and what not.. just wanted to see them take them submit the girls soul , i guess.. there was this site called F*** B***, where they hit the girl and do some sick shit,, and i just wanted to get my morning dopamine fix, and that site just gave that and i'd proceed to start my day.. but looking back i can tell ,it was a waste of latent and gift.

    theres a saying,, "GREAT PEOPLE HAVE A GREAT TENDENCY FOR SELF DESTRUCTION".




    NOW once you stop fapping , your brain will need that fix of dopamine. So be aware TV , GAMING, AND SEXTING AND SOCIAL MEDIA AND BROWSING IN GENERAL..

    Btw , i browse a lot , reading wiki and news and documentaries...i used to open some 50 tabs in my browser and read them all until i get fixed ...so be aware

    Again, eliminate all the above in stages and in moderation and then fully and eat well .. eat only healthy food. anything you feel healthy ...

    Avoid eating meat and fish and egg,, basically turn vegetarian or even vegan, it'll help the recovery process a lot quicker and easier. Fruits and vegies wont stimulate your brain a lot and it.ll calm your brain first..

    ONce you get a hold of it ,, eat MORe ,,, more of the same stuff green and fruit stuff...

    Try minimising salt and sugar and spicy food. Basically dont stimulate your brain... Dont let it run your thoughts ...

    Dont let your brain MISSFIRE , form new connection all over the place....The linkages should be proper and constructive.

    BY eating healthy , and doing some light cardio running or skipping or breathing or swimming or hiking and you,ll get your Central nervous system (CNS) fixed and calm and not old. and youthful.


    Once your CNS is ready ,, you'll be able to do meditation and yoga and streaching.

    And offcouse cold showers work in the reverse.. do them and your cns and brain will be ready for its healing...


    HEAL your BRAIN and your CNS...

    once that done.. you .ll be free... your WILL power will be stronger and temptations will be less significant.

    basically you.ll be the
