Is it normal to feel really bad on first days after PMO?

Ofcourse. If you had read about dopamine, the kind of reward system of the brain, after pmoing it says to you this is the only best thing i could do etc, and so everything else you do in life feels depressing and unrewarding. I can't recommend exactly what articles you could read but try to browse forums about how dopamine works and hopefully you could battle that depression as Im rebooting too bro lets do it

Yes depression goes with the territory.

Like the last guy said, your brain doesn't know how to experience pleasure without fixing.

Your addictive pattern has led to the down regulation of D2 dopamine receptors due to the dopamine spikes from porn. You have to abstain so the receptors will up regulate and you start feeling good again.

    It takes time.

This is what I suggested to Takos

"Sit down and really wish from the bottom of your heart when you are in that heavy place that the other people on this site would have the courage to come through the feeling of what your going through. Really connect with them wishing they would be free of this pain.

Really feel the feeling and then just let go when the feeling has turned comfortable.

Do this as much as you like for the benefit of people in NoFap that is the key.

This will produced quite a strong energy but don't be afraid of it.

Don't use this for your own pleasure or it will backfire on you let go when the feeling becomes pleasurable and then go about your daily activities."

Try 5HTP. I used it with success. But be careful. Do not use on long term and it might be a good idea to ask a physician about it.
