Hello Nofap community, am glad to have to share my struggle with you all, also more glad to have to communicate to you all. Am Njoroge, proudly Kenyan, a male, 22 years old, I've been struggling with porn addiction and musterbation since 2016,trying to stop the habit but slowly slipping back to it when am exposed to any kind of seducing content, i hope for the best that from this day 25th of December 2023,ill come clean and conquer the beast within me.
