@IGY Since when is prostate massage a sexual act? This is a common therapeutic treatment for chronic prostatitis. I suggest a quick webmd search for prostatitis. I would provide a link but apparently I'm not allowed to do so since I finally signed up just yesterday. Vasocongestion or blue balls weren't the only possibility for the discomfort in my testes. She explained that the sperm backup could have triggered a prostate infection, which I have a history of and she offered relief. Apparently it worked because I feel much better. I did ejaculate, which is why I reset my counter, but believe me, a finger in my anus is not what I look for in a sexual act. Lol.
@IGY he said the semen was coming from his ANUS not his penis. I wasn't trying to alarm anyone just going by what he was saying. Semen coming from your anus is not normal. Sorry.
@Limeaid - We read it differently I guess. He said, "I think I pooped some jizz out". I dismissed the possibility of this and assumed that some semen had come from the penis while pooping and was then seen in the toilet bowl and continued my comments on that premise. I am not sure how reliable his posts really are to be honest.
@IGY That's not fair. I was scared and confused. The doctor cleared it up and it was likely mucus from an irritable bowel. Im not a doctor. My number 1 parts and my number 2 parts are pretty close together. I thought there was a possibility it was all connected. I should have done a little more research before I posted my question. I apologize. Have a good weekend and stay strong.
Likewise, I will presume that this is serious. One thing I've heard anecdotally that many people experience when refraining from PMO (I've also heard this in Sexaholics Anonymous) is a certain cramping, tension, or tingling in the prostate area, like an incessant itch. This is normal and will go away. It's actually something of a good sign, because it means that you have been far enough from PMO that the body is starting to register it.
