    So back again streaks here and there sex here and there longest no O 28 days peeked a little edged a little but no O!!! Had sex great O's but that sent me back into PMO !! So been a few days since last relapse but starting my birthday at September 1st no Day counter just in mind that is beginning of new life!! Will check in from time to time I feel like looking at the word porn hampers mind of trying to clear it from your mind!! Trigger maybe?? We willl see

    I can relate to a post sex relapse. I've had that happen before as well. I always have to be on guard afterwards. If I could give you a piece of advice though, don't avoid the support here in the forum. It's been a huge help to me. Just reading what others are going through is a huge incentive for me to avoid the PMO. Still, if it does trigger you, best to be careful. Everyone is different. Find what works for you.
