NoFap is improving your sensitivity condition? You feel more now with NoFap?

I don’t think it’s helping at all tbh. I think being in the right relationship would probably help

I don’t feel it has, I did nofap for 3months last year and it didn’t resolve anything. Joining this website, I’m currently just over 50days and still nothing has resolved. I know that I’ve gotta make changes. Everyone is different

Hmm so weird a lot of people feel changes at 2 weeks, did you visit the doctor? Probably it's something regarding nerve endings.

The best advice I can give you from wisdom is to get your blood test done and see your doctor about it. If the results come out good, then you have nothing to worry about. And if you are nervous about going by yourself, go with one of your family members at least who has more experience in this area.

  7. The not orgasming is probably what gives the most sensitivity, try a month , and be a man if your significant other doesnt get it. You should prioritize your needs first. she will thank you for it later. good luck!

I did go to the doctors years ago and the doctor diagnosed erectile dysfunction and I was meant to have a blood test, but didn’t bother going for one, eventually things self resolved. I’ve never suffered with ED and can maintain an erection and gain an erection with no problem.

What I have noticed is that I don’t get morning wood that often unless I’ve had a good sleep. (Could be down to age & health related)

I feel that it is PIED that is causing my troubles. It could be down to nerve endings too @rester51 but I haven’t had no back injuries. Like I said before I think it could be down to a variety of things ranging from not wanting to be with my girlfriend to avoiding looking at girls on Instagram and ultimately the mental abuse I got of my first girlfriend. Who knows.

And I have been to the doctor again in the last 5-10years regarding the problem and I’ve been told just to relax and don’t think too much about having an orgasm. He even checked my penis and said it was fine and left it at that

  10. Are you circumcised ? because circumcised men only have 30 procent of sensitivity compared to not circumcised men. smoking a lot of weed also can decrease sensitivity with heavy use. and smoking cigarettes decreases sensitivity too (even short term)because nicotine is a vasoconstrictor and a penis is the most sensitive when it is rock hard as it should be.
i really think if you are not circumcised. it will come back after couple of weeks max of no O. almost very sure.i would bet some money on it.

  11. it worked for me too , but i abstained from O too just like you, i really think thats a crucial factor concerning sensitivity. im single now and can feel how sensitive it is after a couple of weeks hardmode. i can remember when i use to have a lot of sex with my ex and watch a lot of porn too it was so numb even with oral. when i abstain couple of weeks of not orgasm the sensitivity was totally different. the sensitivity lies in the brain in the sensory cortex too, probably the biggest factor.

It's really nice see nofap can help with sensitivity, I don't even feel oral or when inside her, like 10-15% sensitivity, it's horrible! I can't get that fun with sex with this problem. But as you see in last posts there are users that nofap can't resolve the sensitivity problem, why is that?

  13. i wonder what percentage of user who dont get it back abstain from everything for a month hardmode.probably a very small fraction.

so recognizable this oral thing . i had a gorgeous ex who loved giving oral and i often felt nothing. but sometimes we didnt see each other for two weeks and then i abstained from everything because i wanted to be fully loaded because i knew she loved that animalistic side that u get when your very hungry :D. when i had sex then it was extremely sensitive everything, just a gentle touch was heaven. i think noy orgasming for couple of weeks is really crucial to build up your sexual energy(or more scientific, all the neurotransmitters you need for sensitivity because most happens in the brain).

Trust me. It's WORTH abstaining orgasm for a few weeks. My dick sensitivity was so amazing when I had sex.

If you want better sex, just don't orgasm for a few weeks.

My dick got so sensitive that semen was leaking few times.

The semen load during sex was amazing. Don't question it. Just do it

I am circumcised. I don’t smoke. I know being circumcised has reduced sensitivity but doesn’t explain why when I was in my first relationship I could orgasm through sex no problem and now I have difficulties now. Like I said, I think it could be down to a few issues such as not wanting to be in this current relationship, being slightly over weight and porn

Sooo, bit of good news I think!

Was having sex with my partner yesterday, whilst she was on top, I thought I’d control her going up & down. I was only making her go down about 1/4 the way from the head and I felt sensation. Not enough sensation to cum but I felt that if she did that herself at a regular pace I reckon I would have had an orgasm. In the end I didn’t cum, started thinking that when she gives me oral that I do get sensation from the tip to about 1/4 of the way, but she is quite ‘desperate’ in trying to make me cum and then gives up after a bit.

What’s people’s thoughts on what to do after they hit the 90day mark. Carry on or get rid of all the tension built up?

That’s a great progress! My suggestion: try different position and see if you can feel more sensation. For me, missionary was the best.

Failure to reach orgasm can be a multifaceted issue. Are you on any kind of medication? There are many known and at least a few undocumented side effects that can cause it. You’ve stated some problem with this relationship and that itself could be quite enough. Then there is the sensitivity issue. Being circumcised exposes the glans to constant friction from clothing. Loose underwear could be worse than supportive briefs that keep the penis more or less stable and less likely to rub. It’s a pretty extreme measure but try protecting the head as much as possible. I’ve had success with Vitamin E ointment applied in the morning covered by a bandage of tissue. Tape around and just leave a slit to pee. Wear that all day for several days and you will find the head getting smoother and staying moist. Also use lots and lots of lube for all sex for a while to avoid too much friction. It may take a lot if trial and error to find one that suits you. I like coconut oil and yes it is safe for vaginas.

One last tip, find your other erogenous zones. Nipples, earlobes, testicles, anus and perineum, even the tip of your nose can help stimulate sexual arousal, believe it or not. Ask your partner to explore your body with their touch, breath, lips and tongue if they are willing. Just avoid anything touching the tip of your penis except a vagina, until you are highly aroused. That’ll do the trick.

Would Vitamin E ointment work on my circumcised penis?

I've used vaseline lotion (the heavier kind for repairing skin) for the past six months or so. I'm circumcised, but have enough skin left, that when flaccid, I can pull it so it nearly covers the glans. It tends to stay that way most of the time, so the lotion doesn't get rubbed off and the skin remains moist. It has helped with sensitivity and also surprising how smooth and moist the head is now. I haven't tried Vit E but others have recommended it for its healing properties.
