Semen Test : Relapse -questions

day 17 of noFap: Today I had to run sperm quality test and bacteriology, it was ordered by my doctor, and I had no fun doing it, didn't think of non-normal kinky things while doing it etc., however in my view it's a relapse, I feel like on PMO again (but I have no chaser effect, just shitty well-being),
I have two questions for you:
1.Do my body reset to day 0 in term of testosterone, number of sperm in my balls etc?
2.How to boost recovery after this relapse to get my day 16 benefits quicker (I take freezy showers everyday and I excercise few times a week)
