I have seen someone else do a log and I thought I'd give it a try. I'm doing it for myself but am leaving this here in case it interests someone and who knows, I might get good advice.

I have been the usual porn addict for 19 years, and this time, I'm winning. I have just deleted 250gbs of porn, it's a good start.

    Objectives:
    1. Beer brewing. I have been brewing for a year now. I will start by finishing the books that I have bought, and will target to brew at least two batches per month.

    2. General Health & Well being. Sleep at least 7 hours, waking up on the first alarm, eating healthy and exercise 1-2 times a week.

    3. Less time watching screens. It hurts my eyes and makes me feel disconnected with myself. I pretty much lose control whenever I'm playing video games or scrolling the internet. If I have an urge to play video games, I can play rocksmith and learn bass at the same time.

I take a lot of time to reflect, but I have a shitty memory for remembering my conclusions, and keep on making the same mistakes over and over. This log will help me with that, and seeing a daily progress can help staying motivated.

Good but only one thing try starting small
step by step is always better try aquiring one skill at a time and do not try to change your life in a month or so it takes time
start by the most important in this case I guess it's health

  3. Hey man, good luck to you ;)

My (short) advice: Set yourself up with rules. The rules have to be easy! and also precise. After you are going quite okay with those rules, add another aspect to it to make it a bit more difficult.

And for waking up: It helped me greatly (don't know if it is possible for you): Allow yourself to get back to bed, but only if you stood up at the first alarm and you were awake for at least one hour. Helped me really really much!
