    Hello guys,
    When I started this NoFap , I wasn't really sure about this. It's more than hundred days streek for me. I didn't even fap once. So I would say guys if u wanna go with "NoFap" motto u have to control ur self, u have to control u emotions, felling and the remaining sh*t. So I would say it's the easiest way to get rid of fapping. So hope u guys continue ur streek ,wishing u good luck.
