Self Control pays off

I have gone 30 days without viewing P and "M-ing", and it's such an exhilarating feeling. On the 30th night, I started to ponder over my problem, the relapses, the struggle. Then the last arousing thought I had before I started NoFap came to mind. Just while I was about to sleep! I told myself that I have hit a huge milestone and I cannot afford to slip. I got up and paced around the room. I drank some water, and I said a prayer. Then I shut my eyes and opened them the next morning. Then I noticed something... My willpower increased tremendously after 30 days. I could say no to sexual stimuli and think of other things. Looking back, I know that I didn't really drench myself completely with porn. I even told myself that I'm glad I don't have any fetishes whatsoever. But there's no such thing as "little porn"...Looking at the journals of people that are rebooting showed me that, the moment you look at porn, even if it's a passing glance, it would stick to your mind and take root. That's exactly what happens to us. For now the only people that know of my PMO problem are the people on NoFap. Im currently looking at my family, while typing this and I don't think I have the strength to tell them. My mom is really sensitive and emotional and is prone to tearing up. I'm scared she'll do that...My dad is very expressive and I don't know what he'd say. I've never talked about sex with my siblings and telling them about my PMO problem would be too much to handle. Maybe I'll tell them, who knows? Ill write again when it's day 60
