    Hello Everyone, My names Eren. For several months maybe a year or more i've been trying to stop masturbating and watching Porn. Several months ago my best streak without PMO is only 26 days and on that day I had a huge urge and I relapsed. After I began again I made it up to 11 days and my progress kept slowly decreasing. Now I can only make it to 1-6 days. I've been constantly getting urges to PMO, I keep on masturbating and watching porn many times and I'm loaded with guilt, shame, and I'm not that motivated anymore, PM is ruining my life and I'm at the lowest point of my life right now because of that. I have no confidence, My willpower is weak, My commitment to this isn't that strong anymore. I'm seeking guidance and advice from people on here. Because I don't know what else to do other than Not giving up. I really want this gone but i'm at the point where when I have a urge, I don't act on it, i'm like this person that doesn't have a conscious mind. If anyone has advice they can give, please do, i'm open to anything.

    A big part of the process is self reflection.

    For that, I strongly encourage you to start a journal here. Writing honestly and candidly in a journal gives you the opportunity to see your thoughts from an outside perspective. When everything is out of your head and in front of your eyes it can change how you see those same things.

    This also allows members of the community to come by and walk with you, day by day.
