secondary threats

as i now get stuck into my nofap journey once again (on day 6 and feeling good), i am wary of how difficult it is to avoid soft triggers.....

some i am taking stock of, but some are just difficult....

e.g. i know if i go out and drink i will get tempted....so i dont drink

but i also know if i say, go onto some news sites, there can be images that can be alluring, and provactive, that lean towards sexualised thinking....i am not saying it will lead me to fap, but it leaves a marker and that marker can grow once it gathers some weight if it isnt stopped, to grabbing other soft triggers

i am less worried about the porn side of things, but this stuff i think makes day to day harder....even coming onto nofap, where people will be saying words and language that can act as reminders, can be troublesome, so i like this site, but i am also wary

anyway bit of a ramble, my question

what other secondary / soft triggers do others note, and what do you do about them?
