Seaching for some help (please)

    Hello,

    Just opened account here for the first time. I've been lurking on pages such as YBOP, r/nofap and other similar rebooting websites. Here is my basic background and I wonder what problem people think I have - what appears to be the real cause for PIED.

    So I've been MOing since I was about 13 and PMOing since I was about 18. I had limited sexual experience due to lack of confidence and my first experience was at 21. The girl was smoking hot but I could not have a good time as I could not get hard. I was kind of aware something was not right but it never occurred to me I had PIED or something else. Repeated sexual intercourse with a few more girls I found attractive were not very successful either. I am 30 now and about three years ago I stopped watching porn - as soon as I learned it was bad for penis (and brain) I immediately stopped and never had problems with cravings. However, I continued MOing, even though plain MOing did not give me strong erections compared to doing it with P. About a year ago, I learned of NoFap benefits and decided to give it a try.

    I actually did a 120 days hardmode and was seeing some benefits (morning wood kept appearing and disappearing but it was never full erection) but I relapsed and went back to MOing for another few months. During 120 days hardmode, I had really strong urges to MO and it was super hard to fight against fantasy. During the relapse I was having sex with a girl I am occasionally seeing but with help from medication, the one that starts with Cial (I do not know if the medicine helped me at all). Now I am about 60 days in commando mode. I was having consistent morning wood for about a month although I notice that I was doing some Kegels (I do not know if they are the cause to MW). But now it seems like I fall into a flatline within days and get out for a day or two and then it goes not and I also noticed that for improved results I reduced fantasy to as little as possible as it appears even fantasy is bad for you.

    So my question is - am I having lack of sensitivity issue from long term MOing, did I not recover from porn due to continued fantasy or is it something else? I am 100% sure I am no longer addicted to porn and I never need to fight urges - the only urges are for MO. When I make out with a girl I am getting aroused but as soon as I touching/penetration starts it is when I begin to incur PIED.

    By the way, flatline symptoms from the second commando mode seem way more severe for some reason - from day 1 I am having really rough insomnia, I was going through some brain fog, volatile mood etc.

    I could really use some insights from experienced members. I really want this to stop and start having fun with this girl...

    You did not damage anything. Your condition isn't as bad as it is for many of use. Many of us here struggle for years with porn and masturbation. Porn doesn't seem like a problem for you but you should anyway stay away from it. MO seem to be a problem for you. Shoot for 180 days this time. DO not expect anything until you reach 180 days of no MO. Also if you keep having regular sex during this reboot, it can slow down your progress. Orgasms from sex can also create strong MO cravings which can make reboot difficult. Is there a way you can reboot for 180 days without any orgasms (including from sex)? If you can, you will be able to make max progress.

    There is no way I will ever resort to porn again. Good thing is I have no urges to watch it so I would be an idiot if I watched it now that I know how but it can be for me. But the fact that my ED (or PIED) is long lasting for years is what actually scares me. My strongest erection now is about 60% of what it should be. Not even 120 days commando mode helped, showing this is not a minor problem (at least so it seems).

    Definitely I will have to continue the commando mode and I will used your suggested 180 days target as a minimum, meaning that it is possible there will be no positive effects. This whole flatline thing seems to be super weird with me.

    What else can I do to improve? I read here that using oils/creams could help with softening skin are there any nerve repair supplements I should take.

    Geesh, this is killing me. I am having options now (on top of this girl) but I cannot go after any of them.

    Do you think your ED is not porn or masturbation related? Did you talk to your doctor about it?

    During 120 days commando there were some improvements although they were not as fast as for most people during 90 days reboot. Therefore, I am pretty sure I am healthy enough - I rarely get colds and when I do I mostly deal with them fairly quickly. I work out and I used to be a very successful athlete so low T is out of the question.

    I have not been to the doctor as I believe that there is no need for such thing. However, my issue seems to be somewhat different and it may be possible that I am facing similar symptoms with MO as people who have issues with PMO.

    Time will tell. If there are no improvements after 180 days I will go to the doctor (I highly doubt that I should).

    Thanks for your concern. Any other potential help or ideas are more than welcome.
