Scientific reasons why Nofap (apart from no porn ) works ?

I recently read a book on the benefits of celibacy. abstaining from O is apparently linked
to slowing the aging process.

Interesting summary in the Amazon section. I think there is merit to the observations. Each time cells divide a code (or something) tells it that it's aging.......So the more we fap, the more cells need to divide.....ipso facto, we will live longer (everything else being equal) if we hold our semen.

Hard to substantiate, I know.
