Scary symptoms n°3

Hello guys,

my stool test came back negative for candida, so this is not the cause of my symptoms.
I think all stems from a weak nervous system and high sympathetic dominance, that impairs digestion and hence produce gerd, constipation and gas.
Can someone help me or second my symptoms? My withdrawal is pretty bad right now.

Among the many problems I'm living, these are the scariest:

1) Can't exercise or run. I'm reading some of your reports but my condition is different, I can't follow this step. Also walking in the morning cause me intense sweating, high pulse and sometimes a panic attack. If I try to run, my heart rate ramp up pretty soon. Also uphill road cause problem, especially in hot weather. It is better in the afternoon when anxiety eases, I can walk.

2) Neck tightness localized at the level of the nape to be more specific. This comes in waves and it intensifies as soon as I go to bed. Before sleeping it becomes unbearable, like in a vise-grip, and sometimes cause me insomnia.

3) Vision problems upon waking. When I close eyes, I see waves and blue expanding blobs.

4) Arms and legs tension. I can't explain this very well, but it is like when you experience a paresthesia (sleepy) and you are recovering from it. So, my limbs are "awake" but tensed and I feel anxiety stemming from that sensation.

5) I belch a lot, especially thirst thing in the morning upon waking, and also after drinking water. Sometimes I wake up panicking with elevated heart rate and red throat.

6) Heat intolerance. This cause me feeling of increasing anxiety.

I'm feeling trapped in this scary hell, not knowing if this is only due to nofap or some kind of pathology.

I hope the same, since I've never read these very symptoms here.
I've been also to the hospital and done blood tests, but doctors told me I'm OK.

 

Nope, I don't think so. But I have many conflicts in the family.
