I would believe it's more common than you think. Also, definitely agree with @Joe1023, the more support we can get with this thing, the better.

I notice the same after having time with my wife. Cravings will be stronger, because your body wants more. Additionally, my mind will feel less motivated toward retention, my fantasy will also be more tempting. The good news is it only last 48 hours for me, so if I can retain and focus on NF benefits during that time, I can return to my retaining mindset. I spoke to someone else about it who has been here a while and they said it used to be talked about as the chaser effect. Do a NF word search for chaser for more information.
