hi guys after joining nofap,rebbootnation and other rebooting website from last 8 months the stratregy is not working, my hands always search porn on internet, after using a porn blocker, i started using porn through Facebook, and after setting rules and regulations relapsed and relapsed, don't know how to recover, i know about negative effects of porn and masturbation from june 2018 i still not qble to make success of 30 days i don't know what to do, good luck
