Safe decompress activities?

    Hey guys,

    So typically when I come to my room at night, I'm social exhausted but not ready to go to sleep. So the best numb out, chill out, veg out activity for me is to jump on social media, check the news, YouTube, etc. But inevitably that always leads to porn.

    So for you guys, what works for you to chill out in the evenings in a safe way that doesn't lead to a relapse??
     
    1. Treat yourself to a social media cleanse and help your brain rewire.
    2. Realize MSM "news" outlets are all owned and controlled, bought and paid for and ignore them.
    3. Enjoy wholesome and healthy activities like unwinding with friends and family or reading a good book.
    This is what I would do in your position. Either way, you need to find nondestructive replacements for destructive forms of "entertainment."

  2. Evenings are hard. I would say read actual books, no internet.
    Or watch movies that don't have sexual content, like war movies or interesting documentaries.
    Or go for long walks.
