    I am on 25th day no porn and no masurbation but i get heavy nightfall every 8 to 9 days in this period and last night i got very heavy nightfall and i was all wet.
    In 25 days i barely have seen any change and my anxiety level is high.
    How much does nightfall and precum leak effect my progress and what should i do? :(

    nightfall? You mean.....wet dreams?

    Yeah for me, I have a lot of precum sometimes all day. It's just a way of my body expelling semen. It's annoying at times, but I have gotten used to it now.
