    Hi everyone,

I'm currently a pretty heavy user... usually multiple hours, most days out of the week. Porn has essentially become my hobby. I work pretty long hours, and usually am tired when I get home. Not knowing what else to do, I go to my room.

Without getting into all the details, porn has had a very negative impact on my life. I've been reasonably successful professionally despite this, but it's essentially cost me my entire social life. I'm only 20 and would really like to get my life back on track, and stop wasting this time of my life to porn.

Does anyone have tips on quitting? Thank you.

Welcome to NoFap. Try to keep yourself busy so that you spend less time alone. Go for a walk in a nearby forest, volunteer at an animal shelter, work out, read a book, bake some cookies for your neighbors, etc. When you spend less time alone with your computer, it's a whole lot different. You're not likely to view pornography and masturbate when you're out doing something productive.
