Restarting my journey (Video)

I m Patrick, I m 28-year old guy from Finland.

I m glad I found this community, previous times I tried all myself and many of my friends laughed at me for doing this thing. Now I can interact with you guys as I m on this journey.

I quit masturbation again and see where does it take me. I have had 2 different experiences from it. This time, I m gonna meditate and learn to control my sexual energy. I started a blog in April and now my Youtube channel so I m gonna compare my productivity and creativity levels now.

My porn usage for many months has been mainly porn pictures on my computer, no PornHub, but now I m gonna quit watching that shit also.
