I was defeated for a moment. I had a lot of urges from before, and i thought they were gone but they weren't and i finally failed. I ended up masturbating and watching a porn video but i didn't binge. I have achieved great things during this streak, and I feel motivated to try again and become better.
Just get on with it, don't dwell and don't think about where you can be, it's not a new streak, it's simply a new day to overcome!
