Replacing old behaviors with new ones

    Greetings fellow Fapstronauts,

    I've been thinking that a big part of the challenge of NoFap is filling the time you now have available. As the saying goes 'idle hands do the devils work' (no religious connection intended). I read somewhere once that you can't stop thinking something, but instead you replace the thought with another one. I think the PMO habit is the same.

    So I'm starting this thread to share things I/we can do to increase being out in the real world, away from the computer realm of PMO.

    So here's my list:

    1) Go for a walk or bike ride outside, for an hour or more (it clears the head)
    2) Signup for a class of some type at night
    3) Join a social club on meetup around an interest you've always wanted to try
    4) Become the 'event planner' with your friends and be the one always suggesting things to do
    5) Go checkout parts of your city that you've never been to (i.e. local tourist)
    6) Get a second job or start a part-time business

    These are just some starter ideas for me, so would like to hear the ideas of others who have had success with them.
