What is your replacement activity when you are feeling the urge? What would you do to stay away if you are feeling urges?
A balanced lifestyle is a great foundation, but I also like to keep a big list of 'to do' items. They're not things that I'm pressured to do by a certain date, just things I want to achieve at some point - big or small. Anything from finishing a book, to booking a class, to fixing something at home or on my car. I find urges are worst when I have free time, so simply having a list of things I already know I want to do can sometimes help!
