Hi guys, sorry for the clickbait title but I'd like to coin a new term that I think would be beneficial for some of us going forward. Being recovering porn and masturbation addicts we spend a whole lot of time talking about PMO (Porn, masturbation, orgasm) and how to recover from it, I believe that as part of this we should replace PMO (porn, masturbation, orgasm) with PMO (pleasure, mastery, opportunity). The pleasure aspect of this is pretty obvious, replace porn with other pleasurable activities that arent harmful in the way porn is. With mastery you must replace masturbation with productive activities that improve various aspects of your life and self, exercise, learning to cook, meditation etc. The final point, opportunity, is also crucial. I know myself that I dont seize the day often enough, I waste time and make excuses while life passes me by. Basically, when an opportunity arises take it, dont allow your inner voice to talk you out of it. And there we have it, what do you guys think?
