I've always felt guilty about my porn habits. Then there's always that yik yak/tumblr post/TV joke etc that comments on the weird porn people watch or the frequency that they fap and then I'm like "ok maybe I'm not so weird". I think it gets to a point though that if you think you have a problem then you have a problem.

It's really the only thing I've never been able to control. I feel overly sexual towards women meaning I objectify them. This makes it harder to build relationships with them. Then the cycle continues. I justify it with a hard's day work etc but I always end up doing it. I quit weed on the spot when I wanted to but not fapping, and I've done it pretty much every day since I was 12. The one rule I do have is to limit it to once a day but I look forward to it like it was a glass of water in the desert.

I want to say that I don't have a problem but I do want to change so this is my test.

Many would agree that fapping is not inherently bad--that it's normal and natural. What is unnatural, destructive, and a killer of real relationships is fapping to ever-weirder high-speed internet porn. NoFap can help you break the porn addiction through a no-PMO reboot (about which you can read more on the site). Once you'e made it successfully through that, you can return to your "glass of water in the desert" if you wish. Just do it without porn, like men did for millennia before the internet.

When you get into NoFap, you should quickly recognize enough benefits (motivation, sense of accomplishment, etc.) that, with dedication, inspiration, and support, you should be able to put up with the "thirst" for the duration of the reboot.
