I would recommend that you wait. You don't want to get a partner only to lumber them with your problems. Maybe, in the meantime, just a casual relationship with someone who doesn't want something long-term?
Judging by what other people have said on the forums, it seems that if you aren't too far into the addiction, you can heal with no PM, and with sex, but you heal slower. But if you're too far into the addiction, it seems that you need to have a full 90-day hard reboot to start. That's just what I've gathered from the forums.
