Has anyone else ever struggled with the thoughts. " You've been doing great, your 14 days clean or x amount of days clean, you should just watch porn and master masterbate just once, I mean relapse is expected in the recovery process".

This is the absolute hardest thought and battle for me.

No no no, don't do it really. Anything, cold showers, meditate, take a run, but do not relapse. It's always like that. Your brain becomes desperate and starts telling you that it's the only thing that you can do, that it makes you feel better.

Yes it happens but just let thoughts be thoughts as long as you don't act upon them everything is fine... Doing something that makes you busy works very well, also try getting away from places you might fap maybe going out for a stroll or a jog could help.

I've always felt like that before a relapse from a long streak, and I've always regretted that. When you relapse, you don't even feel good, since the feeling of failure will follow. I encourage you to push through it, and after the urge passes, feel good about that you didn't fall for it.

Remember, it counts the most when it's hard and you still keep going.

That's great news. Keep it up! There will be really hard times, but don't give up. It will all pay off in the end.
Also, have you tried Nofap forums panic button yet? It's really useful and at least saved me from many relapses.

The fact that you even ask that in the first place shows me you dont have the right mentality about Nofap and the reasoning for doing it(with the right mindset you pretty much eliminate thoughts like these) , il try put it simple for you all the benefits are coming your way , your anxiety issues + depression will GREATLY decrease if you dont relapse.

If you relapse the withdrawals are going to get worse , the anxiety and depression is only going to get worse if you even consider relapsing , with every relapse you go through you are slowly diving deeper into something you really wish you didnt do from the start , seriously i think alot of people that eventually after years of relapsing they finally go a good amount like 6 months+ and they complain that they dont feel great they still have anxiety/depression , they pretty much claim to be stuck in what some people call a 'flat line' and i think half of that is because they were never in the right mindset about it in the first place and probably still are not to this day ... this is just my opinon anyway but you have to do this now and make it alot easier for yourself , being in the right mindset is equally as important as the time spent on Nofap.

Keep reminding yourself why you are doing this , get yourself through the tough times of anxiety/depression by wiring it into your mind that this is going to get ALOT better if you stick to Nofap and dont relapse..Honestly i know first hand that its alot easier said than done , its fucking hard but once you have the right mindset it can be alot easier than you think , its not even describeable how worth it will be , a few months of feeling like absolute shit to feel the best you've felt in your life for the rest of your life sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

The best thing you can do is try live your best life in the meantime , hit the gym , go for walks , be productive with mates , talk to girls , and when you are at home thats when you are most vulnerable (at first) it gets easy pretty quick if you stick to it , cold showers , reading , meditating , keeping your mind in a healthy state is really the core to being successful on Nofap.

Good luck man i truly hate to see people dive deeper into a relapse cycle... Get to that light at the end of the tunnel.
