One of my toughest relapses when going on a high streaks are, getting the urges to masturbate during bedtime. Urging to masturbate while trying to fall asleep is something I can’t do anything about. I masturbate just to release the high urge. Sometimes I also end up masturbating when I’m struggling with insomnia and to fall asleep better. I couldn’t do any quick actions like push ups or anything intense to stop any of these urges, which can keep me up all night. The only thing I can do to sleep better is by reading a book. Although, that’s only better if Im only having trouble falling sleep.
For me it usually helpes quick run for 15-20 minutes on the street. A lot easier to sleep. But 1 hour before sleep, or you will be too pumped up.
