    Relapses sucks everytime and the main cause and the deepest cause of relapses is that you want pmo in some degree.The thing is nofap is not hard ,the urges are not making it hard,its fucking you and you choose to do it.if don't have friends or girlfriend or you live alone.Basically you wanted to give in because whenever you are going to indulge in just one more time or this is the last time...your hear two voices in your mind that its fucking awesome and its not right...and the second voice is less heard due to your chronic addiction to porn.But if you just listen to the second voice everytime ...your will power and the voice will be more clear to you.
