Relapsed

    Today was a bad version of myself , relapsed three times . I posted yesterday that I would make 30 days streak , next day which is today I relapsed 3 times .I'm passing through worse days of the addiction in my life , I feel low self-esteem and low_confident am not sure whats going on with me , its like I want to harm my self , first time ever to feeling like this ... pls is any one have been in my shoes ?

    Yes, we've all been in your shoes. The important thing is, can you identify the reason for the relapse? Can you learn from it? Or is their still some tool, method, or information you need to tackle this kind of occurrence?

    i relapsed last weekend. it's all right. learn from the experience and build stronger defenses now. it's like playing video game. good video games are ones that take time to win. games that are a bit difficult. and when we fall in video game we change the approach.

    like strategy games where i had to make armies to save my civilization. if the opponent army was stronger and killed my soldiers, the next time i played the game i made increased either army number or used different configuration/typed of soldiers(changed the approach).

    Man that's so epic , I really like it ( words of wisdom ) ,we will continue to evolve and improve until we find our unique selves . Thanks for those words really need them in this time . Peace to you brother
