So i just haaaad ti ******* relapse day 5. But hey, new personal record for me, 5 days without fapping felt amazing, and that's a awsome improvement for myself! I will beat 5 days and much more further on. But there is one question i need answer to. As i ejaculated.... Will that reset me 100%? Do i lose ALL benefits? I didn't get mad or sad about the relapse, i decided to forget about it and move on, and staying positive. But i just need to know, because i still feel great! And the problem is i don't know if it's placebo or the benefits kinda still being there because.... well i've never done 5 days without, and now i did.

It depends the nature of the relapse. What happened?

@IGY Well you may be remembering me from when i asked if it's okay to "pleasure" myself once in a while without ejaculating. Well i fuck'd up this time, haha. Just a little scratch on the dick and it exploded

    Yes, I do remember now. ;) 5 days - that's a great start buddy!

Well, if you are that sensitive you may find that it is not practical to touch yourself unless you are peeing or washing. You want the benefits so any sacrifice is worth it, right? You didn't use porn so that is a plus and you didn't edge which releases a lot of dopamine, so that is also good. So, I would say that you have not lost all your progress. :)

On the other hand 5 days is a fairly short time in terms of brain rewiring, so it is all relative. Well done for maintaining a positive attitude. I think you will do well at this!

First of all your username and avatar were asking for that.

Secondly no I am not poking fun at you for no reason but my own amusement, nor am I a God believer or even a religious man.

Just a man who knows overgrown pride and the long term effects of it. It seems as though we carried our bodybuilding profile so to speak over to this forum for better or worse.

That's all, I'm not criticizing you, just stating what's obvious, good day to you sir. Feel free to spit on this post or make a praiseworthy rebuttal. My mind has spoken what was on it, and I wish you the best with your progress.

I mean nothing anymore friend, think of me as a mad monkey running through a market snatching bananas here and there.

In other words I was immature with my posting in this thread, and apologize for being a jackass.

I hope you keep making progress, and just a tip, if you make at least 7 consecutive days of progress your testosterone levels will spike as proven in a study, and they don't drop after that, they steadily rise over the weeks and months if you don't ejaculate. When you ejaculate your T levels drop off again, think of keeping your semen in you as a natural steroid brother.

If you want phenomenal results with bodybuilding, I recommend you aim for 90 days no PMO my man you won't regret it, give it a try and watch the gains you make go through the roof bro :)

I believe this to be fundamentally true, but I'd like to know if you had data to back that up.

A research on the relationship between ejaculation and serum testosterone level in men.

    Author information

    Abstract
The purpose of this study is to gain understanding of the relationship between ejaculation and serum testosterone level in men. The serum testosterone concentrations of 28 volunteers were investigated daily during abstinence periods after ejaculation for two phases. The authors found that the fluctuations of testosterone levels from the 2nd to 5th day of abstinence were minimal. On the 7th day of abstinence, however, a clear peak of serum testosterone appeared, reaching 145.7% of the baseline ( P < 0.01). No regular fluctuation was observed following continuous abstinence after the peak. Ejaculation is the precondition and beginning of the special periodic serum testosterone level variations, which would not occur without ejaculation. The results showed that ejaculation-caused variations were characterized by a peak on the 7th day of abstinence; and that the effective time of an ejaculation is 7 days minimum. These data are the first to document the phenomenon of the periodic change in serum testosterone level; the correlation between ejaculation and periodic change in the serum testosterone level, and the pattern and characteristics of the periodic change.

    Excellent.

Prolactin release is a big, big indicator of something that's bad for testosterone, for me. That pretty much clinched it, for me.

Two weeks! This explains the "two week madness-to-relapse" phenomenon I encounter every streak I attempt. This would mean that as the prolactin is falling and dopamine is increasing, even after two weeks, there most likely requires another week or so to adjust to the lack of prolactin in the system.

Invariably. I hate it. I still have not figured out a method for myself that is effective enough to channel it in a healthy way.
