Relapsed again

    Just relapsed for the third time this week.

    The first two times i stopped mid-way. But now i just binged porn for 2 Hours or so.
    I feel like throwing up with all these intrusiv thoughts.

    Pretty anxious of it getting even worse. (Going back to these fucked up categories)

    I feel like it’s unstoppable going back.
    Can someone help me why this is happening, when everything was going a but smooth.
