    Watched 6hrs P yesterday....today binge effect again P from morning and afternoon relapsed...at the age of 32,unmarried,feels worse....will fight this evil strongly from now with discipline

    Your 35-day progress will not be lost completely because of a relapse, so please don't give up on yourself and don't binge. It is just your inner demons trying to find an excuse for you to fap, "Let's just enjoy PMO one more time, before we start NoFap again." Don't listen to it.
