  2. 120 days is no joke, that was a good run for sure... but when you say you don't know why you relapsed its confusing to me. Where you getting urges or bored, tired, intoxicated etc? Or did you just decide after a long time to relapse for no reason whatsoever?

  3. English is not my native language and I always have a problem with the word "relapse". Sounds like moving backwards.
My goodness- you made 120 days NO PMO and this is fantastic. You should be very proud of yourself.
Now you relapsed and -sorry- to me this sounds very human. This life is a learning process and we have to do our little effort to keep on trucking. If you see the necessity to continue your journey of NO PMO, then re-start. What is the problem? Some day your addiction will be gone and everything will be fine.

You don't know what caused the first relapse, but I think I know what caused the second and third: you despaired and thought that you wiped away your progress. You're looking at the relapse and not the frequency. Have you ever gone 120 days before? You should be celebrating for having the discipline to go so long. For me, four weeks is an achievement.

But now you have to look at what triggered you and work on it. Look on the bright side: stumbling exposes character flaws, and now you have a better understanding of yourself. It's like pruning a vine. You're a work in progress.

Try this video - it was interesting ... the title was "secret to self control" and it was one of the interesting videos' I have watched in a while. Quite informative, and while I've tried to apply to myself for only a few hours, it does appear to be worth while. Hope this helps.
