Well the NoFap challenge is to cut out porn so, yes, it is a reset in my opinion. You would have got a big dopamine reward to watch the lesbians. Why not get a counter and then you can set a reachable goal and feel the boost when you reach it.

I strongly think it's not a relapse . Yes you watched it but you didn't give in so you are building your defences.

This something you will be doing often when you recovered or got a long streak. I dont mean you will intentionally watch stuff but what I mean there will be lots of arousing material flyin around and you have to be able to not give in!

However in order to aid recovery and to recover faster - you should refrain from watching stuff like this.

Recovering is about two things; able to switch off and refrain from such material and building defences.

However if you don't do the above then what will happen is you will put yourself in a negative psychological state whereby you will think you're a born failure and that you relapse every so often!

If you find yourself opening things on Internet then force yourself to close them by pressing X.

You might have to do this many times so your brain can understand that you need to click "X" (and this is the new norm) and not "play".

Force yourself if you have to !

Stop "scrolling around" YouTube. What's the point? Stay off the internet and avoid triggers like you found.
That behavior of "scrolling around" usually ends badly.

    What @Rav70 said.
Find something better to do. I started to make the same mistakes last night. It's part of the recovery. Our time is worth more than this. We have a lot more to offer than wasting our lives watching P or P/subs on the youtube.
Learn from it. Make your mind over now, beforehand, what you will do the next time you catch a glimpse of something arousing or have the chance to watch porn. The battle is won long before the situation arises.
