    Relapsed after edging, triggered by seeing some thicc instagram model on the explore page. This is the second time I have relapsed because of both edging and instagram. I am so fucking pissed that I let myself ruin my streak with this bullshit.

    Take my advice and refrain from even looking at women in yoga pants. Do not edge & if you do edge do not finish it.

    Edging is a reset at least on the M scale.
    It is very detrimental to becoming free of this addiction as it actually is a stronger neurochemical reaction over an extended period of time. Best to avoid if trying to reboot.
