Hate the word relapse but I guess it holds truth. Anyway, I am very frustrated that I MO'd after 30 days. Literally on day 31. I know this is hard to quantify, but I was wondering how long it will have set me back. Obviously I am not back to day 1 (even though I am recounting it from day 1), but what... like 2 weeks? 1 week? a few days? Little bit of brain fog, less energy. When can I expect it to come back? I just want a measure of what I have done basically.
If you didn't binge, I would suggest it was a lapse rather than a relapse. It may take a week to 10 days to get back to where you were. But that depends on the type of porn, the time spent and the unique factor, which is you and your history etc.
Thanks IGY. I didnt directly PMO, but I did peek at P like an hour before MOing. I'll make sure it was a 1 off. I was high at the time which, although bad in itself, means my state of mind was already altered during the event. Now that I am sober I hope my mind recognises that I am in a different place now. I'll see how the 'chaser' goes in the next few days.
