Relapse followed by binge. How to restart?

    Currently 9 weeks porn free. Just managed 5 days without masturbation. Currently 24hours into a binge. Can anyone offer advice or suggestions as to how I can I stop this binge and start again asap.

    Any support appreciated.

    If you can, go a day or so with little to no access to the internet. Personally, when I have a really bad binge, I'll do this as well as fast for 24hrs just to give myself the feeling of a mental reset.
    No matter what you do though, make sure you're looking back and evaluating what happened to try to improve.
