Relapse cause of thoughts about... kissing?

My libido has returned fully. Recently, more often than before, came to my head thoughts about sex. But I refuse them. I thought about the relationship recently and sometimes I imagined that I was kissing a girl. It made me erection and because of these erections, I began to wonder if this is an exaggeration. I'm afraid that in this way I could cause... relapse. I've never fantasized about sex, but I'm afraid that if you get erections while thinking about kissing, it's somehow sexual excitement. What do you think? I do not feel like after relapse, but maybe something is on. I do not think about it often, but sometimes it happened.

 

Whether in the later period of rehab do you had a problem with more frequent thoughts about sex? I don’t know if it is normal, but I have it. I’m on 333 day and these thoughts come spontaneously. At the same time I feel a little worse lately. Other withdrawal symptoms appeared. They are quite strong sometimes.
