Relapse because I want to?

I'm a 17 years old male who is currently trying the NoFap for 90 days.
Before starting NoFap, i had been watching porn from 5 times a week up to once in two weeks, so I am not even sure wheather you can call my consumption an addiction.
I'm doing NoFap to challenge myself (discipline) and to have a healthier solo sex life.
When I finish NoFap I want to fap less and only when necessary watch (soft)porn.

I'm on day 14 of NoFap and the problem I'm having right now is that yesterday I had a wet dream and now I'm feeling so tired.
    I don't know if that's the placebo (?).
Since I'm visiting a good friend in 11 days and we're going to meet some girls, I'm unsure wheather I'm going to get my confidence back that I had gained after the first week.
I just don't know wheather to go on with nofap but feeling tired (at least now) or lose my 14 days and restart from 0 (and hopefully regain my confidence).

I hope you can help me.

Restarting is never the right option dude. It’s normal for you to experience flatlines over the course of a reboot. Starting over does not guarantee you’ll magically get that confidence to return the same as it was during your first week before. Also, I would highly suggest reevaluating your goals. Watching “soft” porn is really not that much different than regular porn. Whatever you use to get off to via your computer, they’re still technically appealing to your fetishes and promoting a lack of connection with real girls. This is not what NoFap is about. It is about forming real connections with real women and improving your quality of life. Thinking that you can just go back to fapping occasionally and watching “soft” clips after a set 90 days is only going to be the start of a long, long road to forming an addiction all over again. You will end up back at square one and you will find out the hard way that maintaining abstinence from P and M is the only way to truly obtain fulfillment in life. Trust me, I learned this the hard way. This is your addict brain talking to you, trying to rationalize and get you to go back to your old negative habits. “Just once in a while, just to one or two ‘soft’ porn clips a week will be fine,” it says. The next thing you know you’re fapping five days a week again watching hardcore clips and your life is slipping right past you. I’m sure many, many other forum members can attest to the fact that this is simply the wrong approach. Nip this addiction now while you’re young, and don’t wait until you’re older and have to end up taking twice as long to recover from this addiction.

It is normal to have wet dream during your NoFap journey. It is not a reset but part of the healing process. You did nothing wrong from a wet dream, try to get your confidence up and go for it.

PS: Don't stop at 90days, do it forever.
