Relapse after 60+ days no pmo

Fuck man don't worry. As long as your fighting you will always win.

 

Don't beat yourself up over this, be mindful of the fact that you just abstained for 60 days. Don't let one defeat take away each of those other victories. Remember that recovery is a process, most people don't knock it out in one go. Someone in SAA once told me, "If you arent on the escalator to recovery you are on your way down." I didn't take that statement seriously and not 3 years later I hit my bottom, though it was what they call a high bottom (no legal ramifications). Think of it like that, you are still on the escalator going up. Feel good about yourself in my opinion. Being so hard on yourself will only make it more difficult to recover.

 

man you gotta be so proud of yourself just making it to 60 days, even if you relapsed you gotta know its a HUGE achievement and you will be stronger next time. dont be too hard on yourself

 

Yeah I just relapsed after 57 days.. i wish we could bottle up what we feel now and experience it BEFORE we relapse.. but 60 days is a great achievement - before you started NF, did you even think it was possible? And MUCH more is possible!
