    This is the first time I have challenged myself, but oh god the temptation killed me today. I tried many times to stop the urge, but it got the better of me. I will restart my challenge today and I HOPE that I can hit the day 30 challenge. People that are willing to start today JOIN ME. It will be a hard struggle, but we can do it together.

    As someone who is almost 3 months PMO-free, I can tell you that IT IS POSSIBLE. I never thought I would be able to make it this far, but I proved myself wrong; and if I can do it, then so can you.
