Relalpsed Hard!! Need Help

The only thing I can come up with right now, hope it helps:

Relapse is normal, you can't just start out and overcome your addiction like that. The most important thing is to try again.... and again.... and again.... It's a fight and you will take some hits. What makes people successsful is to stand back up. I heard a quote that I really liked considering starting.. well anything really, and that is:"Badly is a good way to start"

...because no one just becomes what she/he wants to be, without failing from time to time. To win this fight you need to cope with frustration. You will be bad at this at first, but if try hard enough, you'll eventually become good at resisting and beat the addiction.

So keep on fighting, stand right back up!
