Recommendation for K9

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a new strategy I am implementing to fight PM. Many of you may have heard of K9 Web Protection, a free service that blocks P and other questionable content from your computer. Well, it really works!

Aside from blocking P sites when you are in the first steps of relapse, K9 also will cut out all internet access if you search for P too many times in a given span of time. I, for example, set it up to where I will lose internet for 30 minutes if I try to look up P 5 times in hour.

It's a great resource that I wish I had found earlier.
