Rebooting...Yet Again (tired of this sh*t)

    Well I'm rebooting again. It's been like three years since I first started this journey. At first I just wanted to quit P. Then PMO. Then I discovered the spiritual abyss that I was in. And as of recently I just have had to deal with the most horrible thoughts in mind about myself that it makes me want to just give up. Not just on my recovery but on everything...Thank God for NoFap. At least here there is total openness. No shame. Anyway, I am rambling as always. I'm going to be more active on this site from now on. I've never been able to keep a journal on here but I will try. Hope everyone is well and stay strong

    Good luck man, I've struggled very much as well. NoFap must be our new home for awhile so we can heal alongside people who are in the same boat.

    Yep. I agree. It's also my new home at least for 90 days. It's a very tough journey. I can't date, I can't even look for a girl, I can't even have sex with a girl. So I spent here a lot of time helping others and learning more about myself here
