Rebooting with Cold Showers

    How are you guys taking cold showers? I can't bring myself to let the water start off cold, I can only ease into it from warm water lol. Am I cheating myself?

    I also start on warm and then switch to cold. I feel it is also right because warm water opens up your pores so that the soap can clean your skin.
