Rebooting benefits

Discussion in 'Rebooting - Porn Addiction Recovery' started by Deleted Account, Apr 12, 2017.

  1. Hello.
I for the past two weeks stopped nofap. The reason being that after a month and a half I still felt depressed and tired. After two weeks of fapping, I decided thAt I am going to give this another try. I realize now that nofap isn't a magic pill and it doesn't solve everything. And I was over thinking a lot and I was creating nonexistent problems. I think now I can really go through nofap now with little problems.

People have cured clinical depression with NoFap. Go to youtube and watch 5/6 month updates.

Since I started nofap, I increased some some muscle also regained some of my hairs that was lost and have found so much self confidence can eye contact with people, braveniss, became handsome also looking bright it only the result of 1 or 2 times fapping a week for one month.. befor that I was fapping every day I hade become so weak with thin body and face and lost with no self confident. Its only cause of limiting fapping. I cant wait to see the result of the days I I go a month or several months without fapping.. I think I will become a superman...

I think you hit the nail on the head. People tend to think NoFap will have universal effects for everyone. I've learned a lot in my 80+ day journey, but I mostly learned that, being a natural introvert, NoFap didn't change my social anxiety and isn't going to. So we shouldn't have the same expectations for everyone. Some people experience what they consider 'super powers' after NoFap, but the truth is that they only lifted themselves from the rut of PMO addiction to finally recognize their full potential. The unfortunate part in this is that we're not all the same. Some of us have always been aware of our natural limitations.

My point is that NoFap is obviously the right thing to do in order to improve your life, and you will reap benefits. But it will never change who you truly are deep down inside.

  6. I do feel the benefits they say, but the past couple attempts didn't work out the same. I am hoping this time it will be different.
